FLEMINGTON, NJ – A Hillsborough man has been indicted on one count of first-degree attempted murder after an investigation by Tewksbury police, according to a press release today from Acting Hunterdon County Prosecutor Michael J. Williams.
Emeral J. Foster, age 51, was arrested May 19, Williams said, in an investigation where Prosecutor’s Office detectives assisted.
Foster was also indicted on one count each of second-degree aggravated assault, third-degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, and third-degree terroristic threats, the release states.
Foster remains in the Somerset County Jail.
