FLEMINGTON, NJ – Two men have been arrested and are facing weapons charges after a traffic stop in the borough.
Patrick J. Buhler, 29, and his passenger, Michael K. Daly, 28, both of Mount Bethel, Pa., were actually arrested in April, Acting Hunterdon County Prosecutor Michael Williams announced in a press release yesterday.
Buhler was charged with one count of second-degree possession of an assault firearm; one count of fourth-degree possession of a large capacity ammunition magazine; one count of fourth-degree possession of hollow point and rifled slug rounds; two counts of second-degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose; and three counts of third-degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.
Daly was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, a disorderly person offense; and one count of fourth degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.
