UTAH – A Flemington woman won her first 500m national title at the U.S. Long Track National Championships at the Utah Olympic Oval in December.

Kimi Goetz had a personal best time of 37.72 to take the top spot. She earned 500m spots at the World Single Distance Championships, which will be held in February, and she qualified for the World Cup 5.

“I had a good opener, the fastest I’ve had yet,” Goetz said in a release.
