BRIDGEWATER, NJ – The Somerset County Business Partnership will hosts its monthly “Business Builders Breakfast” on Tuesday, March 7 fom 8:30-10 a.m. in the conference room at the Somerset County Business Partnership, 360 Grove Street.
The focus of the March session is, “Eating on the Run” a workshop that will combine an interactive and educational presentation with peer networking and a healthy breakfast.
Presenter Jeanne Petrucci, RDN and founder of Living Plate in Far Hills, New Jersey will discuss how a moderate amount of pre-planning can ensure that meals and snacks are quick and healthy. Participants will enjoy a breakfast of healthy items that will help start the day the right way and contribute to feeling energized throughout the day.
Living Plate programs combine personalized dietetic counseling and nutrition education with hands-on cooking instruction to empower clients with the skills, knowledge, support, and resources needed for healthy living.
The workshop is $10 for pre=registered Business Partnership members, and $20 for pre-registered non-members. Fee at the door is $15 for members and $25 for non-members. Sponsorship is provided by Affinity Federal Credit Union and Farmers Insurance.
