“Franklin Township has always made our youth one of our top priorities. This groundbreaking ceremony symbolizes the beginning of the construction of the Franklin Township Youth Center and the momentous and ongoing investment the Township is making in the future of our youth. I am so proud and very excited to lead this historic game-changing event,” said Councilwoman Kimberly Francois.
The Center will provide a welcoming and safe environment for the youth, empowering them to set and achieve goals while focusing on the eight elements of the mission: safety, pride, cool, and special, respect, inclusive, learning, and achievable.
