SOMERVILLE, NJ - There is a $250 cash reward for information regarding the identity and whereabouts of the individual responsible armed robbery that occurred in Warren Township, according to an announcement made by Somerset County Prosecutor Michael H. Robertson.

A Caucasian male, approximately 50 years old, wearing dark clothing, light colored tactical boots and a white baseball hat entered the store at approximately 8:39 p.m., March 26, according to a release. 

The suspect approached an employee with a handgun and demanded cash and an undisclosed amount of currency from the cash register was handed over, according to police. The suspect fled on foot, according to police.

Law officials are looking for the public's help and urge the public not to approach the suspect as he may be armed.
