Among the efforts discussed were the new Republican Immigrant Organization or RIO which is gathering all those voters who have come to this country through the lawful process. Having built lives, families and started businesses, they know first-hand that here in America, opportunities exist as in few other countries.

The Republican Immigrant Organization or “RIO” was started on April 7th by Mathew Cherian, the current president of the East Brunswick Republican Club in Middlesex County. Several chapters have been started that feature varied immigrant communities of Indian Americans, Chinese Americans, Latin Americans called RIO India, RIO China, and RIO Latin America. Franklin resident Alex Mansour, himself a business owner has joined as head of the newest area of RIO, RIO Africa.

In addition to RIO, Republicans are excited about other organizations that are emerging in New Jersey such the New Jersey African-American Republicans. Information on this organization can be found at https://njaarepublicans.blogspot.com.

Republicans focus on being Americans which is what we all have in common.
