The Blue Notes are one of the dynamic groups that came out of the Gamble and Huff Sounds of Philadelphia Family. They were previously known as Harold Melvin and the Blue Notes, featuring Teddy Pendergrass. Their vocal talents and choreographic genius have always marked them “specialists” in the trade. Taking you back with such hit as “If You Don’t Know Me By Now”, (was nominated for a Grammy), “The Love I Lost”, “Bad Luck”, “Wake Up Every Body”, to name a few.

The Ladies of SKYY, Denise, Dolores and Bonné Dunning, are best known as the female vocalists of the hit group SKYY. The Brooklyn-born Sisters formed the band SKYY along with band members Solomon Roberts, "Boochie" Sierra, and Gerald LeBon in 1976. Their distinct vocal harmonies helped create SKYY’s signature sound, which is unlike any other band in the classic funk/R&B musical genre. The Ladies of SKYY are sustaining the SKYY legacy and continue to perform all of their classic club, dance, funk and hip hop music hits to the delight of audiences both nationally and internationally.

Soul Generation featuring Cliff Perkins is the perfect blend of soulful and sensuous R&B music past, present and future. With a rich and lavish history in the industry, this multi-talented group could most assuredly be compared to a diamond. A diamond is said to be superb, dazzling and brilliant. It’s a glittering symbol of purity, strength and infinity. So with a career that embraces distinguished longevity, Soul Generation truly is a diamond in the crown of the R&B industry. William MeCleod. Distinctively, he has performed with celebrated legendary artists such as Patti Labelle, Billy Preston, Yolanda Adams, Dorothy Norwood, Douglas Miller and Pastor Shirley Caesar, to name a few.

He has performed in several venues such as the Gospel Music Workshop of America Convention in Chicago, Illinois, the Statute of Liberty 100th Birthday Salute at the Giants Stadium in New Jersey, the Apollo Theater, Harlem, New York; Carnegie Hall, New York City, New York and numerous churches up and down the east coast and throughout the New Jersey/New York metropolitan area.

The Mistress of Ceremony (MC) is Carolyn Newsom. After graduating high school in Edison, New Jersey, Carolyn went on to the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Va. and then to Rutgers University-Cook Campus, New Brunswick. Carolyn worked for the University of Medicine and Dentistry (Behavioral Science Department) of NJ for four years after Rutgers, then the Youth Services System of New Brunswick, until she began her 18 year career with the New Brunswick Board of Education, aiding children with learning disabilities and special needs.
