SOMERVILLE, N.J. – The Franklin Township Police Department is investigating a fourth shooting of a 15-year-old male that occurred on April 22, at 3:30 p.m. near Matilda Avenue, according to Director of Communications for Somerset County (Ret.) Captain Jack Bennett.

The victim was treated and released from a nearby trauma center. Somerset county law enforcement has now joined the investigation. 

Somerset County Prosecutor Michael H. Robertson announces that Crime Stoppers of Somerset County, Inc. is offering rewards of up to $500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the individual(s) involved in the recent non-fatal shootings that have occurred in the Somerset section of Franklin Township between April 20, 2017 and May 1, 2017.
