FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP, NJ - With the official start of spring upon us, winter does not want to let go of its hold -- another nor'easter is headed our way. The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Watch for the area predicting five to eight inches, with localized amounts up to 12 inches.
The storm which is expected to start Tuesday evening
A second storm is predicted to Wednesday afternoon and snowfall is expected to fall one to three inches per hour, according to the NWS. Power outages are possible. Northeast to north winds should gusts 20 to 30 mph at times, according to the NWS.
