AS A REMINDER: In anticipation of this week’s snowstorm (Tuesday 03/20/2018 into Wednesday, 03/21/2018), The Franklin Township Police Department and Department of Public Works would like to remind all residents that parking on snow emergency routes is prohibited. This allows crews to clear the roadways in a safe and efficient manner.

Municipal Ordinance 226-9 states, “Whenever snow has fallen and the accumulation is such that it covers the street or highway, an emergency shall exist and no vehicle shall be parked on the streets or highways…”

In the event that roadways become snow covered, vehicles that are parked on any of the below streets will be subject to summons and removal at the owner’s expense:
