FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP, NJ - The parks and recreation department announced, April 4, 2017 summer camp registration is now open. Full and half-day programs for children of all ages are being offered. 

If you have a child interested in the sciences, destination discovery camp might have what you are looking for with programs such as  - Stem Inventions with Little Bits, Chemical Wizardry, Arcade Electronics Galore, Hover Craft/Egg Drop, Traveling Artist, Creative Engineering, and Battle Bots Robotics Fun.

Looking for your child to get exposure to athletics? Sports camp might be more appropriate with programs such as - Soccer, Basketball, Cricket, Golf, Lacrosse, and multi-sport camps.

Children also can get camp experience at Conerly Road, Franklin Park, Inman Park, and Williams Park.

A variety of activities will be offered at these locations such as sports, games, special events, and trips. Children will also have the opportunity to get tennis instruction in the morning session and open swim is included in the afternoon sessions where applicable.  

If your child is pre-school age they can attend camp at MacAfee school where the will have a chance to learn music songs and play with crafts.

Play and learn workshop (Must be 3 by 7/1/17) will also include indoor/outdoor play while Safety Town program (Child must be 4 by 7/1/17) will teach children safety instruction.
