SOMERSET, NJ - The Franklin Township Public Library will heat things up next month with three free events open to the community. 

Brooks Smith will hold a presentation on "Mississippi Freedom Summer," race, religion, and resistance on Jan. 18 at 7 p.m., click here for more details. The program is appropriate for teens and adults. 

Photographer and artist Walter Choroszewski will present the history of photography Jan. 29 at 7 p.m., click here for more details. Choroszewski will feature photography from its origins as a science to its transition to Fine Art.

Swingadelic will be featuring Jackie Jones in a free concert on Jan. 28 at 2 p.m., click here for details. From Hoboken, Swingadelic has been performing at concerts and dances from Boston to Atlanta for twenty years.

All of the programs are free and open to the public. Registration is requested but not required. The Library is located at 485 DeMott Lane, Somerset, NJ, in the Franklin Township municipal complex.
