A Hawthorne Dr. resident reported that unknown actor(s) stole their all-terrain vehicle during the overnight hours.


Devon Godfrey-Phipps, 41, of North Brunswick, NJ was arrested for defiant trespass and for a $250.00 outstanding Franklin Twp. warrant. Godfrey-Phipps was subsequently transported to the Somerset County Jail in lieu of bail. “NOTE: We are required by the Rules of Court to include herein a statement explaining that the charges are merely an accusation and that the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.”


A Somerset resident reported that unknown suspect(s) stole her Apple iPhone 7 ($600) and a debit card from a local Somerset St. business during the morning hours.

An unlocked vehicle that was parked on Arden St. was burglarized sometime between February 28, 2018 and March 1, 2018 by unknown suspect(s) who stole $180 in cash and assorted clothing.

An Easton Ave. business reported that on the evening of March 3, 2018, an unknown male shoplifted $634 in select meats and fled the store.

Calvin Geathers, 24, of Jersey City, NJ was arrested for a $200.00 outstanding Jersey City warrant. Geathers was subsequently transported to the Somerset County Jail in lieu of bail. “NOTE: We are required by the Rules of Court to include herein a statement explaining that the charges are merely an accusation and that the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.”
