Kashif Totten, 26, of Somerset, NJ was arrested on a $3000 outstanding warrant out of Franklin Twp., NJ. Totten was transported to the Somerset County Jail in lieu of bail. “NOTE: We are required by the Rules of Court to include herein a statement explaining that the charges are merely an accusation and that the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.”

Mitchell Arciniega, 20, of North Brunswick, NJ was arrested on a $1000 outstanding warrant out of Franklin Twp., NJ. Arciniega was transported to the Somerset County Jail in lieu of bail. “NOTE: We are required by the Rules of Court to include herein a statement explaining that the charges are merely an accusation and that the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.”

James Agin, 18, of South Brunswick, NJ was arrested for Possession of CDS during a motor vehicle stop. Michael Bruno, 24, of Somerset, NJ was arrested for $1500 in outstanding warrants out of North Brunswick and Piscataway, NJ. Bruno was released to the custody of North Brunswick Police Dept. “NOTE: We are required by the Rules of Court to include herein a statement explaining that the charges are merely an accusation and that the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.”

A Morristown resident reported their vehicle stolen from Hampton Ct. by unknown actor(s) sometime between July 21, 2018 and July 23, 2018. The vehicle was later recovered on Oswestry Way.

A Bridington Ln. resident reported the theft of their vehicle by unknown suspect(s) during the morning hours. The vehicle was later recovered on Exeter Ct.

Unknown suspect(s) entered an Irvington Ave. residence during the morning hours and stole the resident’s wallet, cell phone and car keys. The thieves fled the scene in the homeowner’s vehicle.

A vehicle that was previously reported stolen in Harrison, NJ was recovered unoccupied on Irvington Ave.

An unknown black female shoplifted merchandise from a Rt. 27 business during the afternoon hours.

A Davidson Ave. business reported the theft of $1000 in cash by unknown actor(s) during the overnight hours.

Unknown suspect(s) burglarized a vehicle that was parked on Marvin Ave. during the overnight hours and stole a watch and loose change.

A Battle Pl. resident reported that two unknown males entered their unlocked vehicle and stole loose change during the morning hours.

Arlington Ave. homeowner discovered an unknown black male in his garage during the evening hours. The unknown male was peering into the residence through a garage door that leads into the home. Once discovered, the male fled the area on a bicycle onto Highland Ave. No items were reported stolen during this incident.
