Hector Rodriguez Jr., 24, of Somerset, NJ was arrested on outstanding warrants out of Franklin Twp.,
South Brunswick, Milltown and Plainsboro Twp., NJ. Rodriguez Jr. was transported to the Somerset
County Jail in lieu of bail. “NOTE: We are required by the Rules of Court to include herein a statement
explaining that the charges are merely an accusation and that the defendant is presumed innocent until
proven guilty.”

Unknown suspect(s) used yellow paintballs to damage a building and several cars located at a Rt. 27 business during the overnight hours.

A Franklin Blvd. business reported the theft of $2500 in coins by unknown actors sometime between June 18, 2018 and June 19, 2018.

Unknown suspects stole $700 in cash and a cellphone from a Hageman Rd. residence. This incident occurred between June 19, 2018 and June 20, 2018.

A Bob Franks Way resident reported the theft of $200 in cash by unknown actor(s). The theft reportedly occurred between July 12, 2018 and July 22, 2018.

A Somerset resident reported their unattended Mongoose bicycle stolen by unknown suspect(s) from an Easton Ave. location during the evening hours.

A North Brunswick resident reported that while visiting a Rt. 27 business during evening hours, unknown actor(s) stole their diamond ring after it slipped off of their finger.

Ernest Caracter, 57, of New Brunswick, NJ was arrested on a $250 outstanding warrant out of Franklin Twp., NJ. Caracter was transported to the Somerset County Jail in lieu of bail. “NOTE: We are required by the Rules of Court to include herein a statement explaining that the charges are merely an accusation and that the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.”

An Astor Ln. resident reported that unknown actor(s) slashed their vehicle’s tire sometime between June 20, 2018 and June 23, 2018.

Robert Cheese, 51, of Newark, NJ was arrested on a $250 outstanding warrant out of Orange, NJ. Cheese was transported to the Somerset County Jail in lieu of bail. “NOTE: We are required by the Rules of Court to include herein a statement explaining that the charges are merely an accusation and that the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.”

An unknown female shoplifted $200 in assorted groceries from a Hamilton St. business during the evening hours.

A Wheeler Pl. resident reported that during the overnight hours, unknown suspect(s) ransacked their vehicle and fled without stealing any property.

Jimmie Brooks, 50, of Somerset, NJ was arrested for shoplifting $34.98 in over the counter medication
from a Rt. 27 business. Brooks was released from custody. “NOTE: We are required by the Rules of Court to include herein a statement explaining that the charges are merely an accusation and that the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.”

Christopher Conti, 41, of East Brunswick, NJ was arrested on a $500 outstanding warrant out of Franklin Twp., NJ. Conti was transported to the Somerset County Jail in lieu of bail. “NOTE: We are required by the Rules of Court to include herein a statement explaining that the charges are merely an accusation and that the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.”

A Somerset resident reported the theft of a wallet by unknown actor(s) from a Demott Ln. business
sometime between June 19, 2018 and June 20, 2018.
