NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ — Didn't get to try that prix fixe menu? Or perhaps you need another bite of that limited-time-only appetizer.
You're in luck. New Brunswick Restaurant Week 2017 isn't over yet. An extended version of the culinary celebration is set to hit 13 of the 25 participants, according to an announcement from New Brunswick City Center, the municipality's refurbished tourism website.
Restaurant Week began on July 8. It was supposed to end last Friday.
But the turnout and popularity of the deals and dishes caused many of the restaurants to keep the good times going.
City marketing officials recommend making reservations. Tickets aren't necessary, though.
Here are the new cut-off dates:
Thursday, July 27: Esquina Latina
Saturday, July 29: Harvest Moon, Tumulty's Pub and Jersey Subs
Sunday, July 30: Catherine Lombardi, Stage Left, Delta's, Christopher's At The Heldrich and Due Mari
Monday, July 31: Houlihan's New Brunswick
Saturday, Aug. 5: The Frog and The Peach and Steakhouse 85
Sunday, Aug. 27: Mike's Courtside
