LBI Summer Soiree "Boardwalk Nights" Benefit at the Sea Shell Resort & Beach Club

BEACH HAVEN - On August 10, the inaugural LBI Summer Soiree “Boardwalk Nights” (formerly Island Gala) will take  to the breathtaking Sea Shell Resort & Beach Club on Friday, August 10 to benefit David's Dream & Believe Cancer Foundation.

The LBI Summer Soiree is brought to you by key supporting company D. Finelli Construction. David Finelli was recently appointed to the foundation's Volunteer Advisory Board.  David and his wife Laurie's faith in God has been the cornerstone of their lives. David and Laurie have shared that their many blessings by sharing with organizations such as David's Dream and Believe Cancer Foundation, Power of Parker - Parker's Army, HOPE for Liberia, Fighting Children's Cancer Foundation and Lighthouse Christian Academy.

The Foundation also is receiving special support for the Soiree from Bill and Kirsten Jordan.  The Jordan's were introduced to DDBCF a few years ago at the Island Gala by the Reynolds Family and since that initial meeting have been unwavering in their support for our families battling cancer.

This is the sixth year that the Sea Shell Resort and Beach Club has hosted a summer event. Jaimee Hughes Boyle and Brittany Hughes Solon were also recently appointed to the DDBCF’s Volunteer Advisory Board.

"The Hughes Family supports DDBCF at multiple events throughout the year and have done so since our first year of existence," said David Caldarella, ''We are grateful for their steadfast and generous support!"

The LBI Summer Soiree is our take on an upscale summer cocktail party, featuring live boardwalk games, scrumptious hors d’oeuvres, a robust buffet, creative cocktails with 3-hour top-shelf open bar, spectacular auction and live music with the LBI Region’s Ted Hammock & Jason Booth in the outside Tiki Lounge with Philadelphia’s High-Energy Seven Piece Band EBE Love 77 to keep you moving all night long on the ballroom dance floor.
