SOMERSET, NJ - The deadline to apply for the 2020-2021 lottery for Thomas Edison EnergySmart Charter School is January 24, 2020. The lottery will be held on February 1, 2020, at 10 am in the Thomas Edison EnergySmart Charter School Gym and is open to the public.
TAP here to fill out an application. Applications are limited to one per student. If a student appears more than once on the waiting list due to a duplicate application, TEECS will delete all entries except the last one.
As per our Admissions Policy, applications from students that reside in one of our home districts that are received after the due date will be offered any remaining available seats or placed on the waitlist in the order that they are received. Applications from non-residents are kept on file and enrollment offers for available seats are made in the order that the application was received.
Economically Disadvantaged Students: Thomas Edison EnergySmart Charter School offers a weighted lottery for economically disadvantaged students who are applying to school.
