On Saturday, June 10, 2017 from 11:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M Somerset County Park Commission Colonial Park Gardens will be celebrating the 42nd anniversary of the Rudolf W. van der Goot Rose Garden “Rose Day Festival.” The event will be held at the Rudolf W. van der Goot Rose Garden at 156 Mettlers Road, Colonial Par, Lot A, Somerset (Franklin Township).

There will be docents on hand to conduct tours and answer questions about colonial life. The recently renovated carriage barn features a used book and gift shop.
In addition, talks and craft demonstrations will be conducted in the conference room, and videos about life in colonial times will be shown in the media room.
