Stage House Tavern 

Tommy Strazza will from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Tommy Strazza has been a staple of the New Jersey music scene for the better part of the last decade as both a singer/songwriter and lead guitarist for several bands(Hey Bulldog, Okra Winfrey, G-Man Syndicate.) and solo artists (Anthony Walker, Anjelia, Emily Grove, and Michael Askin to name a few.).  His last album “The Model Citizen L.P.” earned him a “Top Local Release” nomination at the 2010 Asbury Music Awards, and his guitar work earned him a “Top Guitarist” victory at the 2011 Asbury Music Awards.

Z-Mud Run 

Pillar Missions and Pillar of Fire International will host the 5th annual Z Mud Run from 9 a.m.until, at 591 Weston Canal Road in Somerset. 

T-shirts, custom medals, and goodie bags guaranteed for all pre-registered. Same day registrants t-shirts and medals if available!

Franklin Township’s Farmers Market (10 a.m. to 3 p.m.)

The Franklin Township Community Farmers Market supports Franklin Township agriculture and NJ agriculture. Visitors are encouraged to ask farmers about their local farms and specialty vendors about where in New Jersey they source the ingredients for their products.

The Griggstown Reformed Church

The Griggstown Reformed Church will hold its 137th Annual Harvest Home from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. This event brings together Griggstown residents and the surrounding communities for a day of fun. Free entertainment and a chance to stroll the grounds of the church. Fresh food to eat; fresh veggies and fruits and homemade goodies to eat on the grounds or take home for later; local displays of antiques, trains, race cars; Silent Auction; homemade goods tables; games for kids and adults alike. Come enjoy a beautiful day with your neighbors!

Franklin Township Interfaith Council to Host Community Vigil (UPDATE Speakers Announced)

The Franklin Township Interfaith Council will have local, county and state officials speaking at this Sunday's community vigil at St. Mathias Aug. 20, from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Bridgewater Police: Avoid Mall for Ongoing Police Investigation

June 14, 2018

UPDATE: According to a Nixle alert from the Bridgewater Township Police Department at 9 p.m., the investigation at the mall has been completed, and the mall will be resuming normal business operations.

Police emphasized that there is no immediate threat to the public and no injuries were reported.
