DreamGirls STEM Club hosted by the High School Robotics Team of Central Jersey

DreamGirls in Action (DGA) is a free monthly program for girls in 5th-8th grade.  Each meeting begins with a short video featuring a female STEM professional, working in a wide variety of industries including social media, fashion, food, and personal care – women they may not normally meet. The video will be followed by a hands on activity directly related to what they just heard.

This event is hosted by the High School Robotics Team of Central Jersey, FIRST Team 747 - Flight Crew. This NJ non-profit organization is dedicated to providing middle and high school students to pursue STEAM opportunities by designing and building robots for competition.

Fatal Motorcycle Crash Closed River Road in Piscataway

PISCATAWAY, NJ — A fatal motorcycle crash closed River Road in both directions early Saturday morning.

The crash happened near Primrose Lane where the motorcyclist struck a guardrail just before 1:00 a.m., according to a source.
