Join YingHua for Chinese New Year

KINGSTON, NJ. – At this time of the year, Chinese people are busy preparing their homes for visitors to ring in the Year of the Pig 2019; one of the most important occasions for people of Chinese heritage throughout the world. As a Chinese Immersion School, YingHua International School students are busy as well perfecting their performances for their Chinese New Year Celebration to share with the Mercer County community.

On February 2, 2019, at Princeton High School, students will be ringing in the year of the Pig by showcasing what they have learned through the year at YingHua International School.  Students will be performing Chinese poems, dancing and yoyo skills in addition to so much more. Not only do the students want to display their talents, but parents have decided to also step up to the plate and be a part of the auspicious day by starting the program with the traditional lion dance.  The event will end with families and friends coming together at the table to enjoy a variety of light traditional Chinese refreshments.

We invite all our family and friends to join us on February 2, 2019, 1:30 pm at Princeton High School.

Plan to join us and be a part of this special occasion.  Tickets: $10 per person. We look forward to celebrating the Year of the Pig with all of you.
