We realize that in this trying time, our communities, including local businesses, are facing adversity and have an increased need to communicate with customers, clients and the community-at-large.
Certainly, residents need to know important information, such as: are the businesses open or have hours changed? Have operations or procedures been modified to enhance safety? Is curbside pickup or delivery available? For businesses that are no longer allowed to be open, are they continuing to sell online? Do they have gift cards that customers can buy to use when they are later reopened?
As a business or organization, you've worked hard to build relationships with your clients and customers. In a time of crisis, it is more important than ever to keep the lines of communication open to keep your customers or clients in the loop.
TAPinto is offering all local businesses free content marketing services on TAPinto through April 30th through our self-serve platform, including press releases and event listings. Businesses can submit hours of operation, offers, services, and much more.

In this segment taken from TAPintoTV’s weekly Sunday morning show on News 12+, Micheal Shapiro, CEO & Publisher of TAPinto.net spoke with Brian Brodeur of East Main Media, via video conference from his home in Broward County, Florida. East Main Studios’ newly-outfitted virtual studio in Little Falls was recently reconfigured for working remotely in light of social distancing and stay-at-home orders in New Jersey and across the nation.
Residents want to know how they can support their local businesses, Shapiro said. “It’s incredibly important for businesses during any crisis, in particular this one, to be communicating with not only their customers, but with the residents of their town,” he added.
