SOMERVILLE, NJ - Residents will have the opportunity to view the Somerset County Board of Chosen Freeholder's annual reorganization meeting, for the first time ever, via live stream Jan. 3 at 3 pm.

The meeting will be held at the Somerville Court House at 35 East Main Street. The public can access it at www.co.somerset.nj.us/livestream.

Local residents, Darrin Russo, former Franklin Township Police Department lieutenant, will be sworn in as the newly elected County Sheriff, Brian D. Levine, and Shanel Y. Robinson will be sworn in as incumbent freeholders.

Dignitaries planning to attend the reorganization include Gov. Phil Murphy, former Gov. Thomas Kean Sr. and U.S. Sen. Cory Booker, according to a news release. 

Officials anticipate the courtroom will be at capacity.
