SOMERSET, NJ - A 19-year-old woman who is also a student at Franklin High School was arrested at the high school yesterday at around 1:30 pm, according to Somerset County Prosecutor Michael H. Robertson.
Annissia Gayle,19, of Franklin Township, was taken into custody by detectives, along with the school resource officer, and has been charged with 2nd degree Creating a False Public Alarm, according to police.
