SOMERSET, NJ - Police are seeking the public's help in determining who fired gunshots in the area of King Road during the late afternoon or early evening hours of July 13.
"On July 14, 2019, at approximately 6:42 p.m., a 9-1-1 call was received reporting firework damage to a residence in the area of King Road," Somerset County Prosecutor Michael H. Robertson said in a news release.
The Franklin Township Police Department investigation determined that the damage was caused by gunshots, according to Robertson.
FTPD and Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office Crime Scene Investigations Unit detectives responded to the scene, to conduct an investigation.
