HUNTERDON COUNTY, NJ - A 48-year-old Somerset man has been arrested and charged following an incident in which he allegedly sexually assaulted a Hunterdon County minor under the age of 13, according to Acting Hunterdon County Prosecutor Michael J. Williams.
Sean M. Fuerstenberger was arrested on Tuesday and charged with one count of second-degree sexual assault and two counts of third-degree endangering the welfare of a child, according to Williams.
"An investigation by the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office’s Special Victims Unit led to the charges," Williams said in a news release. "The charges stem from alleged offenses committed when the victim was under the age of 13 and lived in Hunterdon County.”
Fuerstenberger will be held at Warren County Jail until trial.
