Temperatures will remain below average, and scattered lake effect snow showers will continue through Thursday morning in Cattaraugus County, according to the county Office of Emergency Services.

Less than one inch of snow is expected in the Olean area, but additional snow on Thursday night and Friday morning could add another one to three inches, causing slick road conditions.
