The Cattaraugus County Health Department confirmed a 94th case of COVID-19.
According to a Wednesday press release issued by the department, the 94th confirmed case is a woman who lives in the southeast quadrant of the county. She reported no significant travel history and denied any contact with a known COVID-19 positive individual. The woman, who has been asymptomatic, was tested for COVID-19 on June 26; she received her positive result on Wednesday.
The department has begun a thorough contact tracing on the individual.
There are four active COVID-19 cases in the county; 86 residents have recovered, and four have died.
