CUBA, NY — The Cuba Police Department is still searching for a missing 16-year-old Cuba girl, according to a recent Facebook post by the department.

Police identified the girl as Katherine C. Jarosz, about whom a Missing Child notice was first released on Nov. 24.

The notice lists that Jarosz is 5 feet, 1 inch tall, weighs 130 pounds, has brown hair and has brown eyes.

According to the Missing Child notice, Jarosz may be in the local area or may have traveled to Bradford, Pennsylvania, or Arizona.

Police include in the notice that Jarosz was last seen Nov. 23 wearing a pink hooded sweatshirt and gray stonewashed jeans and was not wearing shoes.

Police once again requested the public’s help in locating Jarosz on Friday and asked that anyone with any information regarding this case contact the Cuba Police Department via phone at 585-968-1666 or via email at tips@cubapd.org.
