OLEAN, NY—A woman who had been missing and was found about a month later at Olean General Hospital was arrested Feb. 21 on charges of violating parole, police said.

Karen Peer, 35, was arrested at Olean General Hospital for an outstanding warrant for violation of probation out of McKean County, Pennsylvania, where she is being held, according to Olean Police Capt. Robert Blovsky.

Francis O'Donnell, 61, was arrested on Feb. 20, and charged with kidnapping in connection with Peer’s disappearance. The arrest was made nearly a week after he dropped Peer off at Olean General Hospital with several injuries, police said.
