HOUGHTON, NY – The Olean Oilers rallied from behind to overtake the Genesee Rapids, 8-5, Wednesday at Houghton College.

Trailing 4-2, the Oilers tied the game with two runs in the seventh inning and then out the game away with five runs in the eighth.’

Catcher Cole Hollins had two hits and knocked in two runs for Olean, which won its fifth straight game to improve its record to 14-12.

The Oilers return home Thursday and will play the Rochester Ridgemen at Bradner Stadium. Game time is 6 p.m.
