Olean Man Arrested on Drug and Weapons Charges

OLEAN, NY -- Police arrested a 38-year-old city man Friday on drug and weapons charges.

Kevin A. Auman was charged for possession of illegal drugs and a stolen handgun.

Police said investigators seized over a pound of marijuana, over three ounces of cocaine, Suboxone strips, several items of drug paraphernalia and cash after they executed a search warrant at Auman’s home on North 19th Street. The drugs had a street value of about $15,000 according to police.

In addition to the drug charges, police charged criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of stolen property.
