OLEAN, NY – Police arrested two Olean women on drug charges Wednesday after an investigation by the Olean Police Department’s Street Crime Unit.
Police charged Katey E. DeYoe, 41, with fifth degree possession of a controlled substance and fifth degree criminal sale of a controlled substance after officers said she sold prescription pills. Both charges are Class D Felonies.
Police also charged Jenna E. Sevinski, 30, with two counts of third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third degree criminal sale of a controlled substance after officers said she sold crack cocaine. Both charges are Class B Felonies
Both cases were presented to a grand jury by Cattaraugus County District Attorney Lori. P Rieman.
