OLEAN, NY – The Lincoln Park Concert Series will begin Saturday with a performance by the Twin Tiers Community Band from 2 to 4 p.m.
The band, conducted by Diane Smith, performs at community gatherings and charitable functions throughout the southwestern New York and northwestern Pennsylvania. The group is comprised of musicians of all ages.
All other concerts in the series will be on Thursdays, and all but one will be from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. The July 4 concert will be from 5 to 7 p.m. and feature Generations.
After Saturday's concert, the schedule will include:
- May 30: LTM Trio
- June 6: Dave Dorson
- June 13: Roger Pettengill
- June 20: Fair to Fiddlin
- June 27: Ray Paladino
- July 4: Generations
- July 11: Toucan Jam
- July 18: Larry Lewicki
- July 25: Kokomo Time Band
- Aug. 1: Not Norman
- Aug. 8: Chord of Three Strands
- Aug. 15: Coyote Moon
- Aug. 22: Allegany Alumni & Friends
- Aug. 29: Cruisin
- Sept. 5: Red Gray
The rain site for the concerts is the John Ash Community Center, 112 N. Barry St.
