OLEAN, NY – State Police arrested Martin C. Miller on June 11, and charged him with two counts of criminal possession of a weapon, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, circumventing an interlock device and unlawful possession of marijuana, according to State Police.

During a routine traffic stop on State Route 16 in the Town of Olean, State Troopers determined tat Miller was operating with revoked driving privileges, according to police.

Police said that when Miller exited his vehicle, troopers observed metal knuckles in the vehicle, and a search also revealed a loaded .45 semiautomatic pistol and a small quantity of marijuana.

Miller, 34, of Rixford Pa., was arraigned in Portville Town Court.
