OLEAN, NY – Police have arrested a Buffalo man on drug charges related to allegations that he sold crack cocaine in Olean.
Kevin Harrington, 46, was arrested on Aug. 14 after turning himself in at the Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office in Little Valley for an outstanding arrest warrant charging him with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
The charges stem from an investigation conducted by the Olean Police Department’s Street Crimes Unit. Police said investigators allege that Harrington sold crack cocaine in the City of Olean.
The case was presented to a Grand Jury by Cattaraugus County District Attorney Lori P. Rieman. Harrington was arraigned in Cattaraugus County Court and released on his own recognizance.
