A familiar face has returned to the manager of donor services position at the Cattaraugus Region Community Foundation, as Ryan Michelle Wilcox was recently named to the position.

Wilcox first joined the foundation in 2006 as assistant executive director. In 2014 she was promoted to Director of Communications and Donor Services and worked in that capacity until leaving in November 2015 to accept a position in the private sector.

With a background in communications, she also has held positions as a reporter and social media specialist. She holds a degree in journalism and mass communication from St. Bonaventure University.

A 2007 graduate of Leadership Cattaraugus, she is a member of and secretary of the Cattaraugus Community Action board of directors.

Wilcox will be responsible for all database management including gift entry and processing, data collection and record updates as well as creating data and analytical reports. She will also be the scholarship program coordinator, managing the online application and review processes through Foundant, the online system she implemented at CRCF in 2015.

In addition, she will be helping with the website, assisting with board and committee meetings and foundation events and providing some in-house design services.

“We are pleased to have Ryan return to the foundation in the manager of donor services role,” said CRCF Executive Director Karen Niemic Buchheit. “The depth of her experience and knowledge of the foundation and donor services is a huge asset not only to the foundation, but also to the community.”

Wilcox can be reached at ryanmichelle@cattfoundation.org.

Established in 1994, the Cattaraugus Region Community Foundation is growing good by connecting donors to the causes they care about most in the region. Grandpa Practiced Sustainability
