OLEAN, NY — State Police arrested an Olean man on Oct. 13 for multiple charges following an incident on North Union Street.
According to a New York State Police press release, Christopher R. Kelley, 23, was charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and obstructing governmental administration in the second degree.
Troopers, while responding to an unrelated complaint, saw Kelley throw a cell phone twice at the windshield of a New York State Police vehicle, according to the release. When the troopers attempted to take Kelley into custody, he was combative, resisting arrest.
After Kelley was arrested, he was released with an appearance ticket for Olean City Court later in October.
