ALLEGANY, NY – State Police arrested a Bradford, Pennsylvania, woman on burglary charges at the Wal-Mart.

Police said Jessica L Cottone, 25, was stopped by a loss prevention associate at the store and accused of taking $123.94 in merchandise without paying. Troopers responded and made the arrest.

Cottone was processed at the State Police Station in Olean, arraigned in Allegany and remanded to the Cattaraugus County jail on $1,000 bail.

According to police, she had previously been ordered to stay off Wal-Mart property because of other incidents.
