GENESEE, NY – An Olean woman was found dead Thursday after taking drugs at a home in Genesee, according to New York State Police.

The homeowner, Terry G. Miller, 64, was arrested by State Police and charged with criminally negligent homicide in connection with the death of Jennifer J. Anders 36. Police also charged Miller with unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine and tampering with physical evidence.

Police said Miller and Anders took drugs together on Wednesday. Miller had manufactured methamphetamine and cleaned up the evidence of manufacturing the drug before calling police to report the Anders’ death, police said.

Miller was arraigned at the town of Bolivar Court and remanded to Allegany County Jail He is scheduled to return to the Town of Genesee Court in September.
