ALLEGANY, NY – State Police arrested three Olean men this week in connection with a series of thefts from the Allegany Home Depot store.

Derek D. Hittle, 26, was charged with grand larceny and petit larceny; Adrian M. Logue, 43, was charged with grand larceny, and Theron M. St. Laurent, 36, was charged with petit larceny.

Police said Hittle and Logue, both Home Depot employees, and St. Laurent stole items that had a total value of $2,115 and were selling them in the Olean area.

Hittle was arrested on Monday, Logue on Tuesday and St. Laurent on Saturday.

Both Hittle and St. Laurent were issued appearance tickets for Allegany Town Court later this month. Logue was arraigned in Allegany Town Court and remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail without bail. He is due to reappear in that court later this month.
