Drive-thru Rabies Clinic for Dogs, Cats and Ferrets
Rabies vaccinations are required for ALL cats, dogs, and domesticated ferrets by four months of age (but not less than 12 weeks). Cats and dogs are given a booster one year later and every three years thereafter. Ferrets must be vaccinated annually.
Persons bringing their animals for vaccinations must remain in their cars until their turn and must wear masks during interactions with staff.
The Cattaraugus County Health Department does not charge for vaccinations but accepts donations to help defray costs.
