Hinsdale Elects Monroe Bishop Town Supervisor

HINSDALE, NY —  Because Hinsdale Supervisor Thomas Hooper did not seek re-election for another two-year term, three candidates went head-to-head in the race for that office.

Monroe B. Bishop, who ran on the Republican and Independence party lines, won with 239 votes, according to unofficial election results posted by the Cattaraugus County Board of Elections.
