State Will Permit Outdoor Dining at Restaurants

Starting Thursday, New York State will allow outdoor dining at restaurants in regions that are in Phase 2 of the reopening process, Gov.  Andrew M. Cuomo announced Wednesday. The Western New York Region, which includes the Greater Olean area, entered Phase 2 Tuesday.
