OLEAN, NY -- Flu season in Western New York arrives in late fall and lasts until early spring.
According to Dr. Gilbert Witte, a pulmonology specialist with the Olean Medical Group, "Influenza comes in two general forms, Type A and Type B. They're both viruses that basically exist to make our lives miserable.”
