The Cattaraugus County Department of Health has confirmed its 13th case of the coronavirus. 

The individual is a male who lives in the southeastern part of the county, according to a press release the department issued Thursday. The man, who has no significant travel history, tested for COVID-19 on April 7 after complaining of loss of taste, a fever, coughing and vomiting.

The man is under quarantine at home with his family.

“He and his family will be assessed for any medical support that we can provide and we will monitor their symptoms closely,” the department wrote in the press release

The Cattaraugus County Department of Health has begun a thorough contact tracing on the man.
