OLEAN, NY —  In an attempt to contain any spread of the Coronavirus, Olean City District schools will be closed to students Monday until further notice.

In a letter posted on the district’s website, Superintendent Rick Moore said families will be sent information during the week of March 23 about alternative means of education during the school closure. Students who attend a CTE program at a CA BOCES center will also receive information.

A food plan will be in place to provide meals to students. Details will be communicated to the Olean school community in the near future, Moore wrote in the letter.
