Olean Man Pleads Guilty To Federal Cyberstalking Charge

BUFFALO, NY — An Olean man has pled guilty to cyberstalking, U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced Tuesday.

Luke Marshall Wenke, 29, faces a maximum penalty of five years in prison and a $250,000 fine. Wenke pled guilty before U.S. District Judge John L. Sinatra Jr. and is scheduled to appear before Sinatra for sentencing on Aug.18.
